I Galipally Srujana purchased zing power saver on 29.08.2010,bill no: 4473 but that is not working and also not power saving it is what you say it is too wrong, I want asked to RCM business counter they are saying I do not know about the electrical mechanical side what can I do? They are saying like that is it business police what is this problem, what ever it may be I want to ask you that instrument is successively run if it is not possible that cost may be return if it not responded, I will go to the consumer court please clarify as early as possible,
