When content of a web page lacks brevity or it's organization is awkward, it might be useful to have a short digest written in the Sidewiki Like the line at the top of this page! That may be especially relevant for user-generated content such as comments. For instance, "Summary: flame war ahead" would be enough not to waste time reading.
However this type of information is probably the most tricky one, because it interprets or judges the content of the actual page, instead of just contributing extra information.
